How To Find The Three Leaders
That Will Deliver Networkings Promise To You. 

 

When people get involved in network marketing they're interested in learning how they're going to make money in their business. Successful people that have been in network marketing will tell you that between three and six people in their group are responsible for most of their income.

This has been my experience.

The question then becomes:

"How do I find these 3 to 6 people whose efforts are going to
 support and sustain me over the long term?"

To find these extraordinary people, you have to commit to your people and your company. That means that you've committed to become one of someone else's extraordinary people.

If you don't remain with the company you're presently with and continue to learn how to build your business, you will never find the leaders you're looking for. You will never achieve the promise of network marketing.

The secret to success in network marketing is simple. The secret is, there is no secret. Network marketing needs to become a part of your life. It's your business. You need to work your business each and every day while striving to get better each and every day. It's impossible to get better at anything without consistent effort. A consistent sustained effort means that you have to stay in the same business over an extended period of time. If your network marketing history is jumping from company to company while earning no significant income, history will repeat itself.

Examine anyone who's been successful in any profession. They've earned their success through a laser like focus on the task at hand. For example, how many successful doctors/beauticians do you see? How many successful engineers/truck drivers do you see? How many successful physical therapist/climatologists do you see?

None, the answer is NONE!

There's a reason for this. No matter who you are you only have 24 hours in a day. It takes time to learn, internalize and master any set of information. The company that you're presently representing has information that you need to internalize and master. Compensation plans are different with every company. If you're representing more than one company your span of control is stretched to the breaking point. You now must master two or more product lines, two or more compensation plans, two or more marketing efforts, and two or more groups of company literature. When you're speaking to a prospect, you sound scattered, unfocused, uninformed, and confused.

Confused and uninformed is not how you make money in network marketing.

You'll soon realize that whoever convinced you that you needed to establish multiple streams of income, has cursed you with multiple streams of outgo. Your time and money are not unlimited. You can't do everything. However, you can learn to do some things very well. Well enough to make whichever attractive recruiting video you've seen, your reality.

No matter what network marketing company you're with, there are four critical elements.

First, you have the company's products. If some people are successful in selling those products and earning a significant income through the sale of those products, any issues you may be having are not the products fault. Everyone is doing and earning whatever they're doing and earning with the same products. Whatever difficulties you're having have nothing to do with the company's products.

Second, you have the company's compensation plan. If some people are making a lot of money and you're not, it isn't the compensation plans fault. Companies don't create one compensation plan for men and one for women, they don't create one compensation plan for whites and one for blacks, they don't create one compensation plan for natives and one for naturalized. It's all the same. The compensation plan is the same for everyone.

Third, there is only one unique thing in your business opportunity. That unique thing is you. Everyone has the same products and the same compensation plan. For those that are doing well and those are doing poorly the only difference is the person achieving the results.  That means that right here and right now you need to take full responsibility for your network marketing business. Win, lose or draw, the results are yours and no one else's.

Fourth, the final critical element in your network marketing success is your sponsor. A talented professional can provide a path to follow.  When we talk, we'll discuss how you'll locate and nurture the three people that can make network marketing's promise, your reality.
